See, this is what we should be doing in the twenty-first century: sending MADMEN out to destroy asteroids! Now, if only we can make them cloaked and self-replicating, they could take care of those pesky alien invasion fleets...

I like how hard the NASA folks worked to have MADMEN as the acronym. I don't know if they'll work against bug-hurled asteroids, but we can hope.

BTW, how did you set your journal up to read off to the left like that?

I'm using Old System (S1), Refried Paper. It's a whole predefined theme. One of these first days, I may just become a paying customer and get really wacky with the colors and such, but it was the one predefined theme that I felt the most comfortable with. It's in the Manage tab, under Customize. (http://www.livejournal.com/modify.bml )
