How I wish everyday sunshine

Not to gloat or anything, but I'm having a fairly good Monday morning. Rode the bike to work, perfect blue sky, just cool enough to be crisp. Feeling rather well.

The latter may have something to do with the fact that I didn't drink an assload of red wine last night before going to bed, as I often do on Sunday nights to get to sleep early since I've stayed up late the previous two nights. Hmmm. I may be onto something there.

I have a bit of your sunny day too, although we're still a little obscured by clouds. Tomorrow is expected to be lovelier. There's enough of a chill here that I still need a jacket.

Red wine, unless it's the organic stuff that I prefer, actually keeps me awake because of the sulfite headache.

I didn't even think of the sulfites--and I work at a medical library. Tch. Still, I think I'm going to try the "no alcohol before bedtime" thing and see if it helps with the "get up early to work out before work" thing, which in turn should help with the "having trouble fitting into my clothes" thing.
