Yeah, but they wouldn't have much mass to inflict damage with, unless they were soaked in some sort of liquid... and I don't really want to go down that road. I was thinking that they could be stuffed up someone's nostrils, where they would dehydrate the mucous membranes and cause them some measure of discomfort.
