Your parents (or a trust) paid for the majority of your college costs - it's sort of a toss-up; I inherited a very small trust fund that paid for about 2 1/2 years of undergrad (this was before state university tuition started to skyrocket); paid for the rest with financial aid and working as a resident assistant, and paid for grad school with a tuition waiver from working as a library clerk

I find some of the assumptions in this quiz/meme pretty interesting, such as that there's one kind of summer camp (Boy Scout camp was for one week, and pretty cheap, unlike the sort that's usually portrayed in films where the kids are parked in camp all summer while the parents go off and play), ditto for hotels/motels. Like [profile] d_p_rackham, I realize that I was quite fortunate compared to a lot of people, but my own situation is maybe a little more, um, baroque than most people's. (I didn't live with the same family the entire time that I was growing up.)
